  • Creating backdoors, malware, or security vulnerabilities
  • Infringing upon intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Processing or storing data in violation of privacy regulations
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise our development methodologies
  • Misrepresenting your identity or authority to engage our services

1.3 Content Guidelines and Restrictions

Any content, requirements, or specifications you provide must be accurate, non-misleading, and legally compliant. You are responsible for ensuring that any data or content involved in your project does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

1.4 Age Restrictions and Capacity

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are representing a company, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Client Responsibilities and Indemnification

2.1 Project Cooperation Requirements

You agree to provide timely and accurate project requirements, participate in scheduled meetings, provide necessary access to systems or accounts, and respond to requests for clarification within reasonable timeframes. Failure to meet these obligations may result in project delays or additional costs.

2.2 Indemnification Obligations

You agree to indemnify and hold CoreLogic harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or any illegal or unauthorized activities conducted using systems we develop for you.

2.3 Data Protection and Privacy Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data processed through systems we develop complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable. You must implement appropriate privacy policies and obtain necessary consent from data subjects.

3. Liability Limitations and Disclaimers

3.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all your specific requirements.

3.2 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

3.3 Consequential Damages Exclusion

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. Force Majeure and Unforeseeable Events

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, cyber attacks, or infrastructure failures. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions and communicate delays promptly.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

5.1 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

5.2 Dispute Resolution Procedures

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as provided under Cyprus law.

5.3 Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely achieves the original intent.
